HISTORY OF THE VEHICLE
- The Panzerjäger I was developed on the chassis of the light Panzer I tank and mounted a Czech 47 mm anti-tank gun behind an open steel shield.
- The Wehrmacht used it during the invasion of France, in North Africa and in the early stages of Operation Barbarossa in 1941.
- It was progressively replaced by tank destroyers with greater protection and armament.
