We dispatch orders from our warehouse in Seville. You will always see the cost for your destination before confirming your purchase.

Preparation and delivery
Preparation begins once the order and, where applicable, payment have been confirmed. The time required depends on product availability, the destination and the delivery service. If a problem significantly delays dispatch, we will contact you.
We usually work with GLS and Correos. We may occasionally use another carrier when it is more suitable for the destination, parcel characteristics or service availability.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete address and valid contact details. Check your details before confirming the order.
Damaged or incomplete parcels
If the packaging has visible damage, tell the carrier where possible. Take photographs of the parcel and its contents and write to info@tiendademaquetas.com as soon as possible so we can deal with the issue.
