Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to tell us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, without having to give a reason.

To exercise this right, write to info@tiendademaquetas.com with your name, order number, the products you wish to return and an unequivocal statement of withdrawal. You may also use the model form below.

How to return goods

1. Notify us of your withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt.
2. We will acknowledge your request and provide shipping instructions.
3. Send the products, properly protected, within 14 calendar days of your notification.

After receiving your order, if you wish to return one or more products, you can send them at your own expense using whichever service is most economical for you to the following address:

If you prefer, you can ask us to arrange collection through our carrier. The current cost is €6.50 for collections in Spain and €16.95 for collections in other European countries. These are the rates the carrier currently charges us for returns. Confirm this option with us before sending the parcel.

Unless the return results from an error on our part, lack of conformity or a damaged product, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Products must be returned complete, properly protected and, wherever possible, with their original packaging, instructions and accessories. Simply opening the box does not in itself remove the right of withdrawal. However, if the item has been assembled, used, altered, is incomplete or has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functioning, the customer is liable for the resulting diminished value, which will be taken into account when calculating the refund. For models and kits, missing parts, instructions or accessories, or damage to components, may significantly diminish their value.

Refunds

We will refund the payments received, including standard delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive delivery option offered, within the statutory time limit. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first. The refund will use the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Incorrect, defective or damaged products

Contact us and attach photographs where they help identify the problem. Where the shop is responsible for the issue, we will bear the costs necessary to provide the applicable legal remedy.

New products are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity. This guarantee is independent of the right of withdrawal and does not limit rights under consumer protection law.
