Privacy policy
We explain clearly what data we process, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller

We do not request special categories of personal data. Please avoid including them in forms, comments or messages.
3. Recipients
We do not sell personal data. Where necessary, it may be accessed by providers who help us deliver the service —hosting and maintenance, card payment gateways or PayPal, GLS, Correos or another carrier used for delivery, and professional advisers— subject to their confidentiality and data protection obligations.
If the user accepts analytics cookies and the service is active, Google Analytics may process information about website use. Advertising consent is requested separately and covers processing browsing data to measure campaigns and display personalised adverts, including remarketing. Google, through Google Ads, is the provider identified for this purpose in our cookie policy. This processing requires your advertising consent. See Google's privacy policy. Data will also be disclosed to public bodies and authorities where legally required.
4. Retention
Order and invoicing data will be retained for the periods required by commercial, tax and consumer law. Enquiries will be kept for as long as necessary to deal with them and any potential liabilities. Data will then be deleted or blocked, as appropriate.
5. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to info@tiendademaquetas.com. State which right you wish to exercise and provide the information needed to identify you. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
6. International transfers and security
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards required by applicable law will be required. We take reasonable measures to prevent loss, alteration, unauthorised access or disclosure, although no system connected to the Internet can guarantee absolute security.
7. Minors
Purchases are intended for adults with sufficient legal capacity. We do not knowingly collect minors' data for purchases.
