Terms of purchase

1. Seller and scope

Sales on TiendaDeMaquetas.com are made by Modelismo MAR S.L., Spanish tax ID (CIF) B91420570, with registered address at P.I. La Chapa, C/ Soldador, 3, 41750 Los Molares, Sevilla. These terms apply to purchases made through the website.

2. Products, prices and taxes

Product pages describe the main features and show the applicable price. Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately before confirming the order.

If we detect an obvious error in a price, description or availability, we will contact you before processing the order to offer a correction or cancellation at no cost.

3. Purchasing process

The customer selects products, reviews the cart, provides delivery details, accepts these terms and confirms the order. They then receive an order number. The purchase is subject to actual product availability and confirmation of payment where applicable.

4. Payment

The shop supports payment by credit or debit card, bank transfer and PayPal. Only options that are technically enabled at the time will appear at checkout.

Orders paid by bank transfer remain pending until receipt of payment is confirmed. Card or PayPal payments are processed by their respective gateways; the shop will not store full card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

Current destinations, costs and free shipping thresholds can be found on the shipping page and are shown before completing the purchase. The customer must provide complete and correct delivery details.

6. Cancellations, withdrawal and guarantee

You can request cancellation before dispatch by writing to info@tiendademaquetas.com. If the order has already been dispatched, the withdrawal procedure applies. See deadlines, refunds and guarantees under exchanges and returns.

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

The contract is governed by Spanish and European consumer protection law. If you buy as a consumer, you retain the rights and jurisdiction protections granted by applicable law.
