HISTORY OF THE MH-53E SEA DRAGON
The MH-53E Sea Dragon is a three-engine version derived from the twin-engine CH-53, used since the 1960s by the Marines and, in rescue variants, by the United States Air Force. This version is intended for naval mine-clearing and serves in units of the United States Navy and the Japanese Self-Defense Forces.
