Cuit Church of Santa María del Naranco

MODEL DESIGN
The building belongs to the palace complex of Ramiro I from the 9th century and had a secular origin before being used for religious purposes. The model captures its rectangular, elongated form, the buttresses running along the façades and the arcades at the ends. The gabled roof unifies the two levels.

CONTENTS AND ASSEMBLY
Cuit combines ceramic pieces with cardboard and wooden elements to shape its constructions. Assembly is carried out by joining the pieces with the included glue and following the kit instructions.

Place the columns of the arcades before fixing them in position to preserve the height of the openings. Aligning the buttresses is important for maintaining the rhythm of the side façades.
