Cuit Alcántara Bridge

MODEL DESIGN
The Alcántara Bridge, in Cáceres, is a Roman structure from the 2nd century. The model captures the arches in different sizes, the pillars descending towards the riverbed and the monumental arch positioned above the roadway. The base represents the slopes and the river area beneath the structure.

CONTENTS AND ASSEMBLY
Cuit combines ceramic pieces with cardboard and wooden elements to shape its constructions. Assembly is carried out by joining the pieces with the included glue and following the kit instructions.

Set out the pillars before building the arches to check the distance between the supports. Check the continuity of the roadway as you complete the sections, preventing each arch from ending up at a different height.
