Italeri Freightliner Aerodyne Truck 1:24

Italeri Freightliner Aerodyne Truck. Scale 1:24. Produced by Freightliner Trucks, the Aerodyne is a road tractor that marked an era and introduced important innovations to the heavy commercial vehicle market. It was distinguished by its raised-roof cab, which significantly improved the habitability of the rest or sleeper area. The Freightliner Aerodyne thus proved ideal for long journeys on American highways, where it was often necessary to ensure good conditions for stops and rest during travel. It was also characterised by a distinctive design, high mechanical reliability and the good performance offered by the range of engines used. The new cab also provided greater visibility while driving and easier access for maintenance and repair operations.
