MODEL HISTORY
The Ju 87 Stuka was Germany’s standard ground-attack and dive-bomber aircraft at the beginning of the Second World War. Its initial use benefited from the Luftwaffe’s air superiority, but during the Battle of Britain it was exposed to British fighters. It continued operating until the end of the conflict in theatres such as Africa and Russia.
