HISTORICAL CONTEXT
Canadian Military Pattern trucks were manufactured by Canadian subsidiaries of major American manufacturers to meet the transport needs of British troops and other Commonwealth countries. During the Second World War, they were present on European fronts such as North Africa, Sicily and Normandy, carrying out logistical duties and towing artillery. The CWT 15 variant stood out for its four-wheel drive and load capacity.
