Cuit Alpine House

MODEL DESIGN
The house combines tall volumes with a small side extension. The dark timber framing runs across the stone-effect walls and frames the openings. The roof features a projecting window, a lower opening and the chimney. The steep pitch of the roofs gives the model the profile of an Alpine house.

CONTENTS AND ASSEMBLY
The Cuit construction system combines ceramic pieces, a cardboard structure and wooden elements for the supports or the roof. The pieces are joined with the included glue, following the order given in the instructions.

Lay out the timber-framing sections before gluing them, especially where sections of different heights meet. This is the Casa Alpina, reference 453607, a different design from the Casa Alpina Mini 453503, although both are marketed in 1:50 scale.
