Cuit Roman Theatre of Mérida

MODEL DESIGN
The model shows the semicircular seating area and the stage façade with columns at two heights. Between them is the orchestra space, located in front of the stage. The finish represents the monument as an archaeological complex, with preserved sections and areas with a weathered appearance, rather than a completely reconstructed Roman theatre.

CONTENTS AND ASSEMBLY
The kit contains approximately 1,900 pieces. It includes ceramic components, grass and sand for the setting, instructions and a presentation base. Its measurements are 27 × 19 × 10 cm.

The theatre of Mérida was inaugurated between 16 and 15 BC. In the model, the curved shape of the seating area and the columns at the rear offer two different assembly tasks. Lay out the first rows on the base before gluing them, and check the alignment of the supports of the stage façade.
